Most clients typically see me on an ongoing basis at first, usually beginning weekly or bi-weekly to every 4-6 weeks depending on the type of change you would like to make (but you don’t need to see me long term unless you want to.
Some prefer a one-time session to ask questions, and obtain guidance so they can direct themselves for the foreseeable future. Others prefer the support of regular sessions – this is about you and the change you want.

This 90-minute virtual/phone session is where we review your information, taking a deeper dive in getting to know who you are, and how we can specifically target your goals by discussing a custom approach to attaining them. We will structure your goals, determine a plan, and outline your next steps so you're prepared to achieve the change you desire.

60 MIN PHONE SESSION
Individual counselling by phone for those who have completed an initial consultation within the last six months. These sessions are designed for those working through their change and behaviour, who want to ask questions, review their efforts and determine new ways to implement nutritional, habitual and/or behavioural changes.

30 MIN ACCOUNTABILITY SESSION
Designed for those who are actively pursuing their goals and would like 30 minutes to check in with me, discuss their progress and determine their next steps.
