I work with high-functioning adults who know what to do —but can’t seem to do it consistently.
You might struggle with food, but it’s rarely just about food. It shows up in procrastination, overcontrol, avoidance, pushing too hard and then rebelling, or building momentum only to quietly undo it. On the surface, it looks like inconsistency. Underneath, there’s logic.
Working with me is like having a nutritionist and a behavioural detective on your side. We address the practical “what” — food, routines, habits, structure — while uncovering the emotional logic behind the patterns that keep repeating. Through CBT, transactional analysis, nervous system literacy, and my Three R framework — Relief, Rebellion, and Recognition — we decode what’s happening in the moment you say “I won’t” and then do it anyway.
Self-sabotage isn’t random. It’s protective. When we understand what it’s protecting, the cycle loosens. You build consistency that doesn’t rely on pressure or willpower — but on clarity and alignment.
