Can I Claim Your Services Through My Benefits Provider?

Maybe!  Some insurance polices will cover "nutritional counselling". Please check your extended health care policy to see if you are covered. In an effort to make nutritional services available to all, those who are currently financially impacted or without benefits can request a quote for a reduced rate.

Why do you consult by phone and email but not in person?

My business has always been virtual — it's convenient!  The feedback I have received from clients has been they prefer the casual approach to this service. We can squeeze in a phone call or answer emails and texts before, during or after work, while commuting on the streetcar, waiting for dinner to cook or after the kids have gone to bed.

How do I pay for my services?

Currently, I am accepting e-transfers. You will receive a statement prior to our session together and you can choose to pre-pay or pay up to 48 hours after.

What if I have more questions?

Whatever plan you select, if you have a question along the way I encourage you to ask me. Most questions I get I can answer right away. If the question is more in-depth, or requires us to chat, I will offer a way for us to customize your plan so that you feel supported.
