A session with me is like seeing a nutritionist and a counsellor at the same time. We can cover any nutritional question and concern as well as discuss how you’re feeling, thinking, and behaving and how it’s affecting your mental well-being. Not sure if you’re feeling a certain way because it’s diet related or because you’re having a hard time managing your stress? Feeling stuck, depleted, overwhelmed? This is where I thrive in helping others. I help you create goals, and empower you to achieve them by teaching and providing effective structures and techniques to help you understand exactly where to make the change.

Counselling
One-time or on-going sessions with Natalie via phone or zoom/virtual. Expect to structure and actively pursue your goals, outline next steps and take away practices to implement in-between sessions, access to support via text and email so you’re prepared to achieve the change you desire.

Practice-focused
After each session I will provide “homework” — this is where I teach you to practice what you’ve learned in session in your real life. I provide the structures and the how-to and you attempt to apply those techniques to see how they work for you. Follow-up sessions are designed to tweak what’s working and what isn’t until you’ve achieved your goals.
